Currently the group processes more than 10 million kilos per year, being present in more than 30 countries, supplying retailers, large distribution and chains such as Metro, Auchan, X5 or Leclerc.
The group is recognized for its extraordinary knowledge in the olive oxidation process, being especially proud of our TOP Green olives.
Food Quality and Safety
Quality is one of the main objectives within the Al Nile Food policy. Our plant carries out strict quality controls with the sole objective of guaranteeing the highest quality to our customers. For this we have a multidisciplinary and experienced human team that is the fundamental pillar for effective and efficient work. It also has the latest technologies to carry out all the processes and comply with the highest quality standards, thus ensuring food safety.
Among our processes and facilities we can highlight:
– Metal detector in each packaging line.
– Specific software for sterilization and pasteurization control, with automatic calculation of lethality (Fo / Po) for each of the autoclaves and pasteurizer.
– External verification of food safety and quality by an external laboratory of the highest prestige, accredited by ENAC.
