Can we make healthier olives?

One of the objectives that we set ourselves at the beginning of the century was to make available to consumers products that are increasingly healthier and beneficial for their health. To do this, and being faithful to that traditional flavor that our products have and respect for our production processes, our master craftsmen have been adjusting numerous recipes to reduce their salt content. The result of this project is that currently the best-selling olive references, as well as the new launches, are PRODUCTS WITH REDUCED SALT CONTENT .

WHOLE GREEN OLIVES SPANISH STYLE

Naturally fermented green olives, mainly of the Mission or Manzanilla cultivars, prepared in the Spanish-style, meaning it has undergone a lye treatment before brine-curing.
Unlike the Greek-style Black Olives, the Spanish-style Green Olives are much firmer and crisp in texture. They are salty, but with a hint of bitterness. This does not at all subtract from the lovely green, fruity notes.
